Hoop Happiness Headquarters
Set on the lush East Coast of Bali, our Hoop Happiness Headquarters is based at a gorgeous beach club hotel with a view of a world famous surf break on a volcanic beach. Dreamers have access to the hoop shala, on-site beach club, gym and health hub. Hotel facilities including spa treatments, massage, ice baths, sauna, cold & hot plunge, baby sitting and kids club are available at an additional cost.
We offer 4-star retreat rooms and suites and 5-star beachfront pool suites. All rooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, personal safe, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, wi-fi, seating area, TV and private ensuite bathrooms.

Hoop Dream Retreat commences on April 9th following the 2pm check-in time. As the retreat draws to a close on April 14th, our closing circle will conclude by 1pm, marking the official end of the retreat. You are encouraged to stay for lunch and a fun pool party.

Miss MoJangles
Miss MoJangles is a hoop performer and creative director whose passion for authentic movement and storytelling shines in each of her various projects. With an international teaching and performance background spanning over a decade, Morgan is known for her dancey and techy style as well as introducing Hoopography to the hoop community.
Lee Jeffries
Lee Jeffries is Southeastern based performance artist specializing in a fusion of dance and hoop tech for over a decade. Lee strides to cultivate community and collaboration amongst those who cross his path, and encourage all to express and share their perspective of the circle we all know and love.
Taylor Flows
Taylor Flows is a world-renowned performance artist and international flow arts instructor based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since picking up her first hula hoop in 2014, she has become a sought-after performer and educator, captivating audiences with her fire props and teaching at top retreats across five continents. Through both in-person workshops and her wildly successful online classes, Taylor continues to inspire and connect the global flow arts community.

A One-of-a-Kind Instructor Lineup for 2026
In 2026, Hoop Dream Retreat is shaking things up with an extraordinary lineup!
We’re welcoming the powerhouse duo Miss MoJangles & Lee Jeffries, best known for their mesmerizing video Despondence.
They’ll be teaching both individually and together, bringing their signature styles and artistic vision to the retreat. But that’s not all – this dynamic duo will lead us in an immersive video art project, blending movement and cinematography into a stunning collaborative creation. This is a rare opportunity to learn from two of the most innovative hoop artists in the world, in an intimate, hands-on setting.
Also joining us is Taylor Flows, one of the world’s most dedicated hoop instructors. With her expert guidance, you’ll refine technique & combos, unlock new expression, and push your flow to the next level.
And of course, Hoop Dream Retreat founder Mishie Hoops will be leading embodiment and flow practices alongside Clarity Breathwork, bringing over a decade of experience in crafting transformational retreats. Her sessions will help you cultivate presence, creativity, and deep personal connection.
